Wireless gateway.
Connects to the ezeio with three wires:

Red -> ezeio +12V *' WARNING: Do not exceed 15VDC
Black -> ezeio 0V
Green -> ezeio SDI-12 DA

Not compatible with other SDI-12 devices.

To enroll wireless peripherals, turn on the "Open for registration" register.
Then press and hold the button on the peripheral device you want to enroll. When the device LED flashes quickly, it's enrolled.
