Default address 254, 19200bps

Write to holding register 6 to change address/unit
Write to holding register 15 to change speed
0=9600, 1=19200

Notes: 
- When using /TCP, the /RTU address is the unit.
- When in 4-20mA mode, the inputs switch in the shunt resistor for 50ms every 450ms. Loop powered deviced may have an issue with this.
- The /RTU bus will sometimes miss a message shortly after the output state change.
- Output switches must be in the "A" position for remote control
